Sinopsis
The Maritime Structural Fitter Level 3 curriculum is the final step in training for a structural or ship fitter. This installment has two new maritime-specific modules. Advanced Structural Print Reading focuses on how to read ship construction drawings, from the high-level general arrangement drawings to detailed piece-part drawings. Fitting III is the final stage of training for the ship construction process, including the layout and installation of structural members and the use of leveling equipment. The Level 3 curriculum also includes training for gas metal arc welding, flux-cored arc welding, and metallurgy. Trainees will also be introduced to management and teamwork with Fundamentals of Crew Leadership.
