TOM PALKO, MT (ASCP) and HILDA PALKO, MT (ASCP), CMA, have authored three books and their combined teaching experience spans 40 years. Tom is the director of the medical assistant and medical technology programs at Arkansas Tech University. Hilda's medical background includes years of experience in both the private and governmental sectors of the health field.
