Presenting an introduction to the analysis of circuits in the time and frequency domains, this book provides broad coverage of sinusoidal steady-state methods, including filters and three-phase power systems, presentation of the Laplace transform and its application to the analysis of circuits, an integrated treatment of controlled sources, and coverage of two-port parameters, Fourier series and Fourier transforms. The third edition includes new problems, drill exercises and answers, and a treatment of SPICE integrated with the text to show students alternative methods of analysis. It also provides means for verifying the analysis results obtained by hand computations.
