GEMINI is based on good practice and has three basis elements: project organizational structure; project management process model; and product-oriented framework. This volume defines the roles that are required for knowledge based system (KBS) projects, in addition to the standard roles associated with the CCTA project management system method PRINCE. It gives an understanding of the key issues involved in controlling the development of KBS and the steps needed to ensure these are addressed. The detailed guidance is aimed primarily at the project controller who is part of the business user organization.
