Acerca de los autores

Jose Hernandez (Spain) is a project manager and technical leader for the SAP implementation at Telefonics Sistemas, a leading telecommunication company in Spain. Previously he was a software engineer at Digital Equipment Corporation, where he specialized in the technical implementation of R/3.

Jim Keogh is on the faculty of Columbia University teaching courses in its technology certification program. He has spent 15 years developing computer systems for major Wall Street firms such as Salomen, Inc. and Bear Stearns and has written several best-selling books for Prentice Hall and IDG.
