Margaret Riley Dikel is the author of "The Riley Guide" and is a private consultant specializing in the use of the Internet for employment and career information. She is an internationally recognized authority in this field, having worked for many prominent governmental agencies and public and private corporations. Hometown: Rockville, MD; Frances Roehm is a reference librarian at the Skokie Public Library in Skokie, IL where she specializes in helping people use the Internet for career-related research.
