Acerca del autor

Roger Siminoff has been boating for nearly four decades, ever since his first hair-raising experience sailing a Sunfish. He has voyaged extensively throughout the Western Hemisphere and teaches marine navigation. In 1993, he designed the marine navigation system for the Universal Pictures film Waterworld.
