Sinopsis

At the beginning of Queste, Nicko and Snorri and still trapped back in Time, and everyone at the Castle is beginning to realize that their chances of coming back are slim. Septimus, aided by the alchemist Marcellus Pye, learns of a place where all Time meets: The House of Foryx. Marcellus also gives Jenna and Septimus a map that Snorri created to show the way to the House of Foryx, along with Nicko s preparation notes for the journey. An evil ghost, Tertius Fume, is determined to send Septimus on a dangerous Queste, and Septimus ends up going on the Queste in spite of his best efforts to avoid one. Septimus, Jenna, and Beetle embark on an incredible journey where they encounter many quirky new characters, including a devious toll-man, the nasty Guardian of the House of Foryx, and Hotep-Ra, an ancient master Wizard. Their journey ends at the House, an incredible place filled with trapped souls from different times. In a spectacular and hilarious finale, Marcia Overstrand figures out how to rescue the entire gang from the House where all Time meets.
