Acerca del autor
Dr. Anandakumar Haldorai, Professor and Research Head in Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Sri Eshwar College of Engineering, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India. He has received his Master’s in Software Engineering and PhD in Information and Communication Engineering from PSG College of Technology under, Anna University, Chennai. His research areas include Big Data, Cognitive Radio Networks, Mobile Communications and Networking Protocols. He has authored more than 148 research papers in reputed International Journals and IEEE conferences. He has authored 12 books and many book chapters with reputed publishers such as Springer and IGI. He is Editor in Chief of KeAi – Elsevier IJIN, Associate Editor - IEEE Access, Academic Editor - PLOS ONE, Academic Editor - Applied Computational Intelligence and Soft Computing, Academic Editor - Computational Intelligence and Neuroscience, Associate Editor- International Journal of Pervasive Computing and Communications, AreaEditor - EAI Energy Web and served as a reviewer for IEEE, IET, Springer, Inderscience and Elsevier journals. He is also the guest editor of many journals with Elsevier, Springer, Inderscience, etc. He has been the General Chair, Session Chair, and Panellist in several conferences. He is senior member of IEEE, IET, ACM and Fellow member of EAI research group.
Dr. Arulmurugan Ramu is a Professor, CMR University, Bengaluru, India. His research focuses on the automatic interpretation of images and related problems in machine learning and optimization. His main research interest is in vision, particularly high-level visual recognition. He has authored more than 52 papers in major computer vision and machine learning conferences and journals. He is the recipient of Ph.D. degrees in Information and Communication Engineering from the Anna University at Chennai, M.Tech in Information Technology Anna University of Technology and B.Tech degree in Information Technology. He is guidedmany Ph.D. research scholar under the area of Image Processing using Machine Learning. He is an Associate Editor of Inderscience IJISC journal. He is awarded as Best Young Faculty Award 2018 and nominated for Best Young Researcher Award (Male) by International Academic and Research Excellence Awards (IARE-2019).
Dr. Sudha Mohanram has graduated from Government College of Engineering, Salem and has obtained her master’s in engineering from Coimbatore Institute of Technology. She has completed her PhD in Electrical Engineering in Anna University Chennai in the year 2010. She started her teaching profession as a Lecturer in Government College of Technology, Coimbatore. She possesses 20 years of teaching experience. When she was about 13 years into teaching profession, her family founded Sri Eshwar College of Engineering in 2008. She has been playing the role of Secretary till 2011 and became the Principal of the institution in 2011. She has steered the institution to be oneof the most sought after institutions in Coimbatore, within a short span of time through its laudable achievement in Academic excellence and Placement. She has published many papers in leading journals. She is a member of IEEE and EAI research group.

Derecho al desistimiento
Si es un consumidor, puede rescindir el contrato de acuerdo con lo siguiente. Por consumidor se entiende cualquier persona física que actúe con fines ajenos a su actividad comercial, empresarial, oficio o profesión.
Información sobre el derecho de desistimiento
Derecho legal de desistimiento
Tiene derecho a rescindir este contrato en un plazo de 14 días sin dar ningún motivo.
El periodo de desistimiento vencerá a los 14 días desde que usted, o un tercero que no sea el transportista e indicado por usted, adquiera la posesión física del último bien o del último lote o pieza.
Para ejercer el derecho de desistimiento, complete de forma electrónica y envíe una declaración clara en nuestro sitio web, desde "Mis compras" en "Mi cuenta". Le enviaremos sin demora un acuse de recibo de dicho desistimiento a través de un soporte duradero (por ejemplo, por correo electrónico).
Para cumplir con el plazo de desistimiento, basta con que envíe su comunicación relativa al ejercicio del derecho de desistimiento antes de que venza el periodo de desistimiento.
Efectos del desistimiento
Si rescinde este contrato, le reembolsaremos todos los pagos que hayamos recibido de usted, incluidos los gastos de envío (excepto los gastos adicionales que surjan si elige un tipo de envío que no sea el tipo de envío estándar más económico que ofrecemos).
Podemos hacer una deducción del reembolso por la pérdida de valor de cualquier bien suministrado, si la pérdida es el resultado de una manipulación innecesaria por su parte.
Efectuaremos el reembolso sin demoras indebidas y, a más tardar, 14 días después de que se nos informe de su decisión de rescindir este contrato.
Efectuaremos el reembolso utilizando el mismo medio de pago que utilizó para la transacción inicial, a menos que haya acordado expresamente lo contrario; en cualquier caso, no incurrirá en ningún cargo como resultado de dicho reembolso.
Podremos retener el reembolso hasta que hayamos recibido los bienes o hasta que nos haya presentado una prueba de que los ha devuelto, lo que ocurra primero.
Deberá devolver los bienes o entregarlos a AHA-BUCH GmbH, Einbeck, Germany, sin demoras indebidas y, en cualquier caso, en un plazo máximo de 14 días a partir del día en que nos comunique su desistimiento del presente contrato. El plazo se cumple si devuelve la mercancía antes de que venza el periodo de 14 días. Tendrá que asumir los gastos directos de devolución de los bienes. Usted solo es responsable de la disminución del valor de los bienes como resultado de una manipulación distinta a la necesaria para establecer la naturaleza, las características y el funcionamiento de los bienes.
Excepciones al derecho de desistimiento
El derecho de desistimiento no se aplica a lo siguiente:
- La entrega de periódicos, diarios o revistas, con la excepción de los contratos de suscripción; y
- El suministro de contenido digital que no se proporcione en un soporte tangible (por ejemplo, en un CD o DVD) si, al hacer el pedido, aceptó que podíamos empezar a entregarlo y que no podría desistir una vez iniciada la entrega.
