The 30-Minute Guide to Talent and Succession Management is the first book for busy business leaders and human resource practitioners who want to increase their understanding of the concepts, processes and the business return-on-investment for talent and succession planning in 30 minutes or less! The Guide compares talent management processes to other business procedures that leaders use every day, and clarifies the differences between performance management, talent management, high performers, high potentials, successors and key experts.
