Acerca del autor: DR. SIMON REGO is board certified in cognitive behavioral psychology and a licensed clinical psychologist with close to 25 years of experience. He is currently Chief Psychologist, Director of Psychology Training, and Director of the CBT Training Program at Montefiore Medical Center. He is also Associate Professor of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York.
