Of particular interest in this June 1895 issue of "The Fortnightly Review" is Herbert Spencer's essay, "Mr. Balfour's Dialectics" in which the famous liberal English philosopher dissects Lord Balfour's theology. Interesting advertisements. ********* CONDITION : NEAR VERY GOOD - - This antique periodical has a somewhat rough exterior, the paper of the cover is fragile (somewhat brittle) and has considerable edge wear (a tear with attendant creasing along the top front cover - the spine is considerably weathered and cracked, displaying loss to the foot and head, and attachment of the cover to the body of the magazine must be considered as fragile; edges are untrimmed, and the interior is mostly unopened (leaves still joined very few have been separated); the edges of the leaves display weathering, else the interior is clean and presentable with no marking and no writing. ********** TABLE OF CONTENTS MR.
