Some of the internal hinges are loose. Internal hinge papers are split in some volumes. Fraying at head of spine volume eight. Some wear to some spine heads. The paper is still good. If condition is critical I have sets in even better condition. Still supple. Quality paper is fresh. This set is in very good condition for the age. Bindings supple. Low acid paper is not brittle.
