Inscribed by Robert Shirley (from "Bob") to SF writer Gordon Dickson! Rare associational signature in an uncommon book in nice condition. A rather obscure author who seems to have had only some pulp stories published prior to Teenocracy. Great 'Capital' cover art by Walotsky.
