Prospectus laid in. No. 115 of 300 copies printed by the Grabhorn Press. Signed by editor George P. Hammond on the limitation page. With the bookplate of James Strohn Copley (1916-1973), the journalist, newspaperman, and publisher of the San Diego Union-Tribune (his sale, Sotheby's, June 17, 2010, lot 235).
