Originally published in 1610. This edition is limited to seventy-five large paper copies, and two hundred and seventy-five small paper copies, being this copy, and issued only to subscribers. Rebound by Fazakerley (stamp signed on front free end paper) in the late nineteenth century in dark green cloth, blocked and lettered gilt back, date to the foot. 16mo. 7'' x 4½''. Contains original front and rear wraps bound-in, red and black printed title, 29 pp. Ex Chetham's Library in Manchester with stamp to this effect. Member of the P.B.F.A.
