Published by Douglas Cleverdon, printed by The Fanfare Press, 1929. One of 400 copies printed on paper specially manufactured for this edition with the number 65 in top right corner as issued. Very good. Not mounted / matted. Image size 178 x 124mm (7 x 5 inches) Sheet size 310 x 250mm (12 x 9.75 inches) Reference: Physick 279 , Ditchling 8, 65 . Portrait Head, right profile. 1924. The block was subsequently used for illustration on plate 65in Engravings by Eric Gill , published by Douglas Cleverdon, printed by The Fanfare Press, 1929.
