Grey paper cover with title and design on front cover, and design and definition of "monotype" on rear cover. Spine shows wear; abrasions to cover. Bookplate of Wm G. Mather (1857-1951), a Cleveland, Ohio-based book collector. Inscribed and signed by Bruce Rogers in a fine calligraphic hand: "William Gwinn Mather from Bruce Rogers," on the back fly leaf. Wm. G.
