Their collected scientific studies show that practicing gratitude can not only increase happiness, but also allow you to lead a more meaningful life, allowing you to experience the world in a better way. The practice of gratitude has the potential to create real positive changes in your life, reducing stress and anxiety and improving your general sense of wellbeing.
