"Bristol, Bath & Malmesbury" by Gordon Home, was issued in the "Cathedrals, Abbeys & Famous Churches" series, (Series edited by Gordon Home), and published by J. M. Dent and Sons in London in 1925. In format it s a handsome little paperback, illustrated with plate halftone photographs and line drawings (integral with the text). There are also a ground-plans included. GOOD PLUS … This is a previously owned book that has seen considerable use, but which remains clean and serviceable, with the following particulars noted :: EXTERIOR -- Spine is faded; spine surface has creasing and is considerably faded; spine extremities are a bit ragged; joints are slightly nicked at their extremities; covers have modest surface rub and a few scattered small scuffs; edges display small nicks and dents; corner tips are bumped and there is overall a shallow curvature of the covers ; text-block edges are toned, else clear. / BINDING -- Overall somewhat lax : the leaves open widely - the book displays it usage - however, no leaves are detached or loose. / INTERIOR -- There are various small smudges or spots, as well as a few scattered small tea stains (of no great effect); some of the leaves are creased at the top fore-edge corner tips; no writing , marking or marginalia.
