Biografía del autor
Dr John Briffa is a prize-winning graduate of the University College London School of Medicine. He has successfully treated thousands of patients using unique individualized nutritional approaches that form the basis of the book, and is listed by Tatler magazine as one of the UK's top doctors. A regular contributor to newspapers and magazines, Dr Briffa has been a recipient of the Health Journalist of the Year award. Author of five other health titles, he lectures internationally to corporations, members of the public and health professionals, and is a regular guest on TV & Radio.
