This is the second edition of this little gem and is a boon to both the draftsman who pens the clauses and the litigator who later tears them asunder. Boilerplate provides not only a selection of standard clauses to be included in contracts but also a guide to why they were there in the first place and the significance of and case-law on the phrasing used.... this is a surprisingly helpful and well written compendium which should grace the shelves of any commercial practitioner's office.
