Please contact us first to obtain an accurate price before completing a purchase. If your ordered book is heavy or oversized, we will let you know the extra cost of shipping.

A short note about surface/standard/economy mail. This is a SLOW method of shipping, less reliable (and not always the cheapest!). Your book may take between 6 - 12 weeks to arrive (depending on the destination) and we have experienced a disproportionate number of books lost in transit.
