Reseña del editor:
This revolutionary approach to dieting and nutrition makes the persuasive argument that each person's blood type is an evolutionary marker that determines which foods will metabolize, and which will be useless calories. A wide range of food types and meal choices is covered for each of the four blood types—A, B, AB, and O—together with advice on blood type–specific exercise and fitness programs.
