Terry Ostrowiak has over 30 years of experience in 26 different countries - training, coaching and mentoring executives and high potentials in business to stretch themselves to new heights. Most of them attained levels of success beyond their highest expectations. He spent over 10 Years in The Netherlands, coached, mentored and trained over 600 partners, senior managers and high potentials for KPMG in The Netherlands. He also worked with a team of 26 Engineers and Scientists at the European Space Agency. And since moving to San Diego, he has coached and trained coaches in San Diego and business executives to create more sustainable bottom-line results. His Quantum Leap Catalyst Process is what sets him apart from other consultants, mentors, and coaches - as he takes business leaders into new paths they didn't believe possible where they achieve extraordinary results.
