Richard H. Leigh, M.D., ACOG, ACAM, AAEM (ret), received his medical degree from the University of Illinois in 1948, interning at St. Luke's in Duluth, with residencies in obstetrics at St. Luke's, Fargo and University of Minnesota. After medical service during the Korean Conflict, Dr. Leigh practiced Obstetrics and Gynecology in Grand Forks, North Dakota, until 1988. Guided by state of the art biochemical functional laboratory tests, Dr. Leigh then employed a comprehensive, antioxidant approach for mostly allergy and Chelation therapy patients until his retirement in 2006. Arle Hagberg resides in Bemidji, Minnesota, and has researched medical doctors who use alternatives to drugs and surgery for 30 years. She assisted as a copy editor for James P. Carter, M.D., Dr. P.H., on his manuscript for Racketeering in Medicine, Hampton Roads Publishers, 1993. Ms. Hagberg has education degrees in English, Social Studies, Sociology, and Learning Disabilities, and has a fascination for learning and teaching practical information from the consumer's viewpoint. The enclosed sources profess that medical costs could be reduced 50% by the full availability of the protocols in this source book.
