Small 8vo, pp 190, [4, adverts], original pictorial yellow-back stiff wrappers, advert endpapers, respined, 3 corners of the two boards chipped with slight loss and restored,slight wear to lower corners of first few leaves, else quite clean and tight internally, FIRST LONDON EDITION, from the same year as the first American, with US press reviews on title page verso. Issued in both cloth and yellowback form in Routledge's American Library, this present issue is very rare. Although the binding of our copy is obviously restored where damaged, it is largely complete, with pictorial upper wrapper and advert lower wrapper.
