Pages remarkably clean, lightly toned, unmarked and undamaged. Hinges are secure and the book is not cocked. Book Binder's sticker in the upper left corner of the front pastedown; it looks like the book was bound in 1877. Very little soiling to the book's exterior. Some rubbing to the leather spine and corners, especially along edges. Rubbing to the boards at the corner tips. An extremely nice copy of this important volume of railroad history.
