First edition. 8 1/2" x 11" hardcover bound in red cloth with gold let tering. Black & white illustrations, beveled edges. A Good copy. Frays to the book's corners and along the head and base of the spine. The s pine is faded. Soiling to the edges of the upper page block. There are some smudges to the page margins of the first 16 pages. The front hin ge is cracked at the endpapers, but the sewing is tight and the covers are not wobbly. This was architect Bradley Delehanty's copy. His n ame is penciled at the front fly leaf's upper right corner. His firm's stamp is also on the fly leaf. Shipping weight is four pounds.
