The Penhales, Crosbie Garstin, William Heinemann Ltd, 1933, First Edition A trilogy of books written between 1923 and 1926 about the Penhale family whose swashbuckling adventures roamed the 18th century from Cornwall to the Caribbean. In very good condition, the binding is straight and tight, the boards and the lettering on the spine bright. The end papers and pages are free from tears or inscriptions. There are marks to the top edge. The dust jacket, protected in a clear, removable cover is in fair condition with crease marks to the bottom of the front cover, nibbling to the bottom edge of the front cover and the spine, loss to the top edge of the spine and a tear and crease marks to the top of the back cover.
