This splendid catalogue published on the occasion of the monumental exhibition of the same name, was held at the Carnavalet museum, Paris, from October 31, 1989 to February 28, 1990. This volume is profusely illustrated throughout with numerous b/w and color photographic reproductions, and gives life dates for some of the more prominent daguerreotypists of the city. Moderate shelf wear along edges of wrappers. Very minor age-toning along paper margin. Text in French. Wrappers in overall good, interior in good+ to very good condition. International First Class typically starts at $20. International Priority is typically $35 or less if under four pounds weight, and starts at $40 if over four pounds. International Express is a faster and more expensive option.
