Period half speckled calf and marbled boards, gilt decorated spine with red morocco label lettered in gilt. Very Good, worn along edges, front hinge a little free, three bookplates at front, faint foxing to prelims. Second to last plate printed off center.A satirical novel directed at Sir William Curtis and a continuation of the adventures of Baron von Munchausen, with all its rare color plates present, two of which were illustrated by English caricaturist and illustrator George Cruikshank and the others at least partially by his father Issac.
