Should we receive any unclaimed or undeliverable packages, we will gladly ship them back. In this situation, it is the customer's responsibility to cover the new shipping cost.
If a package is unclaimed or returned due to the customer refusing to pay duty/import/taxes/customs/etc charges, we will not refund the amount of the original purchase.
We do not mark packages as a gift.
Packages are marked with the value of the item as paid by the customer in legal accordance with international postal regulations.
