Remembered song texts included. Mrs. Vivian's daughter married Col. Albert B. Chandler, one of Lincoln's telegraphers during the Civil War. Chandler donated the Chandler Music Hall to the town of Randolph, Vermont (his birth place) and thus Mrs. Vivian writes this book in Randolph. Book shows minor general soil but tight. Pencilled inscription of previous owner on free rear end paper, initials W.R.C. could possibly be one of the Chandlers. Surprisingly rare. Size: 12mo - over 6¾" - 7¾" tall.
