I then carefully grade each item before I list it for sale. You may notice that I point out even the most insignificant flaw. That is because I would rather receive a lower price by pointing out every flaw than incorrectly describe an item just to obtain a higher selling price. My ethical standard is to never, ever, grade an item as better than it actually is. Instead, you should receive an item that is exactly what you ordered, if not better!
