Paris: Jeanne Bucher, 1933. Oblong quarto, unpaginated, bound in original printed wraps. First edition of this scarce suite of drawings by the noted French artist and fabric designer whose work was influenced by the Surrealists. Contains eight designs including 'Noblesses Europeennes', 'Le Seigneur Individu', 'La Lyre 1932', 'Derniers Minuments Aux Victimes de L'Idealisme', 'SOS', 'Le Radeau de la Meduse', 'Apres ca on Recommence' and 'Une Etoiule sans Etable'. A VG copy, with light soiling and wear to wraps, with small (approx 1") area of crimping to lower front wrap and all plates, fraying to upper and lower 2" of spine cloth, but plates otherwise very sharp and clean.
