Book has vertical spine creasing, one creased page corner, almost no wear to spine tips, no cover creases of note, almost no edge wear, hint of dust soiling to white areas of covers otherwise no soiling or staining, no cover rubbing, no former ownership markings or used bookstore stamps inside, pages starting to age yellow at edges (as is often found with this book), pages are tight and flat, no sun fading to spine. Overall a VG+/FINE- book of a rare Dean Koontz first printing book AND SIGNED BY DEAN KOONTZ.
