First Edition. Deluxe Issue, one of four copies specially bound and designated for special use by the publisher, this one marked "Binder's Copy" and signed by Bukowski and Crumb on the colophon. Quarto (27.5cm); pictorial paper-covered boards and patterned cloth backstrip, with title label applied to spine; publisher's original acetate dustjacket; 14,[2]pp; illus. Fine in a dustjacket with modest rubbing and some sticker residue to rear panel. Short story chronicling the events surrounding a man's visit to his wife in a mental hospital.
