[10], 588, [6] p., with an engraved map of Britain and and engraved folding map of the Kent Beacons. Shaved close in places touching some letters to running heads. Repair to p.69/70 at top inner gutter with slight loss. A large closed tear across p.151/2. The folding map has been repaired to the bottom and outer edges. A complete copy in very good condition throughout notwithstanding the faults mentioned. Original calf boards sometime rebacked, early C20th (?) over raised bands. William Lambarde, although a writer on legal matters, was especially well-known for this work, the first publication on any English county. N° de ref. del artículo ABE-1671456415082
