180 p. Nouvelle edition:. Known as a "Roman obscene", it was first published in 1748, and was written as a satire of l'abbe Terray. Bound in printer's original mottled paper covers, which are rubbed and worn at the edges. The paper on the spine is mostly worn away, revealing two stitching cords. The last gathering (P) is a little loose, though held in by the cords. Very rare, especially in printer's binding. N° de ref. de la librería 000341
