In good condition/ NO dust jacket. Green cloth covered boards with gold city seal on front cover and gold lettering on spine. Bumping to corners of covers and some nicking and fraying to the cloth over the corner tips. light overall scuffing, aging and soiling to covers as well with most of the gold lettering on spine rubbed off. Spine is cracked along front hinge and at a few other spots but binding is still quite solid. Includes a two page red and black map of Pittsfield in 1915 and 6 unnumbered pages of black and white plates. Uncut edges have occasional nicks and tears along fore-edges and a few pages are unopened. Pages are lightly aged but otherwise unmarked. NOT Ex-Library. NO remainder marks. Overall a nice copy.
