Remainder, Tom McCarthy, Alma Books, 2006, Signed Winner of the 2007 Believer Book Award, this is the author's third published work. The story revolves around an unnamed narrator who has received a large financial settlement after an accident, and his obsession with recreating half-remembered events from his life before his accident. In fine condition, the binding is straight and tight, the boards clean and the lettering on the spine bright. The end papers and page are free from marks, tears and inscriptions. The title page has been signed by the author with no personal dedication. The unclipped dust jacket is in near fine condition with no issues.
