Morning Flight ~ written and illustrated by Peter Scott, pub by Country Life Limited, London, 1935; this copy is no 601 of 750 limited edition; 10 ¼ x 12 ½ , 160pp plus 16 colour plates & 48 b&w plates, decorative endpapers of geese flying; 1/4 bound in dark brown buckram with lightish brown cloth, gilt top edge and title & author s name printed on front cover and spine in gilt, side & bottom edges are uncut; the book has a sturdy slip case in dark blue. There is some foxing and slight staining to the front and back covers, also foxing to some pages at the front including 1 colour plate, and to a few pages at the back; also a little intermittent foxing to some pages through the book; otherwise the book is in good condition with a good tight binding and no lose pages.
