Taschenbuch. 348 pp. Deutsch.

First Edition. First Printing. Octavo. 19cm. Publisher's grey cloth titled in red to spine and front board, with publisher's emblem to spine (the book was published in at least two cloth colours, this grey and the Jenkins red-orange, there's the possibility of a yellow cloth state, but I have never seen one). 312pp. [8pp.] ads to rear. Lacking the very striking Hastain dustjacket, although the centre panel of the design has been retained and tipped in to the front flyleaf, which is entertaining. Light soiling to the cloth, some bumping and scuffing to exttremities, and the letters "HYP." have been added to spine in red marker, suggesting that this is a story that contains elements of hypnotism. Internally clean. A good strong copy of a desirable and interesting "must have" title in the field of weird werewolf fiction.
