Condición: Fair. 1874. No Edition Remarks. 828 pages. Half bound in leather with marbled paper covered boards. Black and white illustrations throughout. Book has a slight musty odour. Light foxing and moderate tanning to pages. More prominent staining and tanning to text block edges, pastedowns and free endpapers. Pencil drawing to rear free endpaper. Light cracking and creasing to gutters but binding remains firm. Boards have moderate corner bumping and edge-wear with visible tanning, rubbing and scuffing overall. Spine has heavier rubbing and tanning with noticeable splitting and crushing to ends and joints. Lettering remains bright and clear.Book has a slight forward lean.
