Paperback. Condición: Very Good-. Estado de la sobrecubierta: No Dust Jacket. Presumed First UK Edition. An ORIGINAL issue of 'The Dandy' weekly comic. Price 3d (Three pence in pre decimal money). 30 x 21 cm approx. 16 pages including the covers, with Korky the Cat on the front, plus Desperate Dan and others inside. A couple of smallish closed tears (NO loss) to 2 page fore-edges. A few small spots/marks and stain to the page fore-edge. A few small chips/tears/light creases along the spine - negligible - as often found. Rear cover a little spotted. A biro '8 Priory Road' written on the top of the rear cover (for the paper boy? ) . Containing various 'Dandy' stories printed in full colour, duo tones and b/w, in the usual comic strip format. Internally generally Very Clean. This issue is Overall in VG Minus condition, and is tightly bound. At the time of listing I also have other Dandy and Beano issues available from the early 1960s (various between 1961-1964). Images available on request. ; 4to 11" - 13" tall.
