Edition of 500 copies. Cloth, folio, 32 cm, x, 198 p. : col. ill. ; 32 cm From the introduction - "This catalogue is not just to record the Taurus Collection [a private collection], but also to help provide a focus for collectors of Antarctica. The existing literature provides a mass of information but we felt it would be helpful to provide a work that concentrates on the essential titles, illustrates their most collectible appearance, gives collations of the books and provides notes that not only convey the importance of the material, but which also go into the minutiae of condition, what to look for and what to avoid." Edited by Julian Mackenzie, collated by Lisa Milton, notes by Richard Kossow. Signed by Richard Kossow on the title-page. Near Fine in Near Fine dustwrapper.
