County had hit Manatoba with a mike stand after he shouted a series of homophobic remarks during her performance. The fundraising event was hosted by Cherry Vanilla with performances by County, Holly Woodlawn, Dee Dee Ramone, Jack Curtis, Tuff Darts, Mink DeVille, Blondie, The Dolls, Suicide, and Divine, along with the Off-Broadway cast of *Women Behind Bars*. Scarce.
