Early composite, or collaborative novel, about three mismatched couples searching for their ideal mates. A bright, very good example, gilt bright, minor wear at the extremities and a short split rear top gutter.

Overall wear, with some exposure at corners, rubbed edges and joints, approx. 3/4" separation of cloth at bottom front joint, cloth separated along most of rear joint (repaired spine). Hinges weak, rear mostly split, binding a bit shaken but essentially sound. xv,245,[2] pp. Scattered light soiling through interior, which is a bit toned. Several library stamps internally and book plate mounted on front pastedown, did not circulate. BAL 19468. Not the best exemplar of this title, but quite scarce. Size: 12mo - over 6¾" - 7¾" tall. Book.
