Hardcover. Condición: Fine. First English Edition. Translated from the original German into English by Radka Donnell, Kiko Gaskell, Peter Jones and Anne-Marie Thalmann. Sterling condition hardcover copy, with unbruised tips, tight binding, and clean internals, showing only very slight shelf- and edge-wear; not ex-library, with neither underlining nor highlighting anywhere. Illustrated paper over boards in duotone. Quite interestingly presented, being a tri-panel layout, opening inside the front flap to a calendar-like "Chronological Presentation of Adolf Wolfli's Life and Work,"juxtaposing Wolfli's biographical dates and his imaginary biography, as well as the genesis of his works, adapted by Elka Spoerri, and translated by Anne-Marie Thalmann. Fine duotone photograph of the artist. Inside the right-hand fold is "Adolf Wolfli," with a large collection of documents, being his own "Testament," a Foreword, a statement from the Adolf Wolfli Foundation, then contributions by Elka Spoerri, Markus Ratz, Harald Szeemann, Elsbeth Pulver, Peter Streiff and Kjell Keller, Peter Bichsel, THeodor Spoerri, Hemmo Muller-Suur, Jakob Wyrsch, Heinrich K.
